This read to me more as thoughts running through your mind rather than a poem but with that said -
What is poetry but our thoughts, and after all, it sounded like something that you needed to get off your chest -
It is much better to break up with someone and hurt them whilst doing so, rather than to lead them on - and i commend you for taking the harder, but fairer route!
