In my life, there's been only two.
The first, then there was you.
I thought that I could say
I love you and make you stay.
I felt your fingerprints on my heart
You promised love would never depart.
Now it has and I'm all alone
I think inside I've always known,
that one day you would leave
you broke my heart, it hurts to breathe
I always thought that it was to good to be true,
knowing that it could only be you,
to leave a scar on my soul
it was my existance you stole.
Still I go on day by day
December turns to May
I still love you more than before
Please lord, help me close this door
into my pain
and leave strength for my sanity to gain.

I finally found someone that is absolutely perfect for me in every way and can only begin to grasp of what it may feel like if we couldn't be together anymore!
