Reminiscence.

Those younger years of innocent wonder,
Remain untouched and proud.
And I can remember, and spare a smile
For the laughter of a contented mind.
As trees sway and friendships flourish,
I will allow a tear, for a past glory
And hold this sweet memory,
At hand with my heart.

This is so sweet. I love the 'As trees sway and friendships flourish' line and the mood of the poem, like contentment and happiness but kind of bittersweet as well.

    Welllllll written
