It's dark and chilly on Hallowwen night
the graveyard is barren

New York is prettier at Christmas time
Halloween was my favorite holiday long ago
but I guess there's nothing wrong it
I'm just not one to believe in the paranormal

Twlight on Halloween night
I tense up and look behind me
my heartbeat escalates
cuz a monster is chasing me
with blood dripping from his mouth
Witches warewolves
The paranormal surrounds me
I'm not one to believe in ghosts
I'm not afraid of anything
people don't believe me but I'll prove them wrong

I can feel his breath on my neck
it smells like his last meal
is this real?
is a warewolf really chasing me?
I can't fathom it

Suddenly I realize
that i've been scared for no reason
just someone in halloween costume
out to scare the common folk
not to mention he was drunk too
the rancid smell on the tip of her tounge was beer

my prompt was running through a graveyard and being chased by a monster. I haven't written lyrics in awhile so i hope these are good.

Only thing 'Werewolf' instead of warewolf, but apart from that, great stuff...
