Remember when life was so much fun and free,
and your parents kept you safe and warm indeed .
Through correction and a basic way to live life was grand.
tell me when did you decide to take the lead my man.
You stopped listening and felt all grown up now,
refused to listen and finding what life is all about .
In tears and feeling lost for now you feel so alone,
if you are in pain then listen honey come back home.
The child takes the lead and do as they please,
that child will find themselves broken and on their knees .
Unwilling to admit their wrong doings feeling ashamed and afraid ,
feeling unloved unwilling to except help to find their way.
Maturity you will find when you admit to your mistakes they say,
know that your not the only one hurting this day .
For those about you who loved you they are hurting to,
and would do anything to help see you through.
I see you there locked away in your own little domain,
tears and heart ache and others you blame.
Look into the mirror and know you can be free again,
but first you must admit to your mistakes and let life begin.
No one can change yesterday but today is yours to heal,
heal the mind of wrong doings your life so real.
But you can turn it around and except the help so near ,
you can stop this pain from your self teachings this year .
You wouldn't be in pain today if you had listened then,
let them help you once again.
So you made mistakes well honey welcome to humanity for you see ,
not one soul upon this earth hasn't taught themselves something by taking the lead.

Its never too late to stp the pain never too late . And if you are tired of crying and feeling so alone and heart broken then turn to your elders and say Im sorry I followed my wants instead of my needs and I am lost can you help me find my way back . Reach out dont shut yourself away be the adult you were so wanting to be by admiting to your mistakes and live there is truly a way
