Stranger....

She was my best friend,     
My worst enemy.
Tried to help her,
But  she just traded everything,
For suffering.
And she found herself alone.
They watched the smiling,
Turn into hiding...

But I can still remember what his face looked like,

3 days no sleeping,
She gave up eating.
She's got to slow down
The world's watching...

The frozen glance,
A single tear.
It's so much much harder,
Than I ever feared.
Standing in the rain,
No matter where I go,
It's still pouring just the same.
Those streets are filled memories,
Some perfect,
But mostly pain.
I've got to let it go,
But I'm the only one to blame.

People around,
Can hardly hear a sound,
A little voice mutters quietly in the distance...
