My broken wings my power

My wings were broken
On your hands oh! night
But who says I can't fly
I still have that might
My power is in my heart
Even if these wings are short

I can soar through these skies
And don't you taunt
I can still whipe your smiles
And get what I want
As I'm not on of the souls
Who gives up their goals

I'll show you how to soar
An walk with a bird's grace
That your clean wings never learnt,
My footsteps on mud now trace
You can laugh but it's all fake
Truth is that it's for your ego's sake

And I don't have to laugh
Though my lips softly smile
On your stubborn hearts
That made your souls fragile
I can still fly above the sky
Without even a humble cry!!!

Author notes

I don't know how stupid it is cuz I decided to write it after I was on the "add" page. Can imprve it though

I plan to revise this poem: please leave constructive criticism!
