I cannot get enough

The craving so intense

Without them I cannot breathe

My personal angel

An angel in waiting

Who walks among us

    WOW. I loved this piece ALOT. It was so pretty, the emotions stood out brilliantly, along with wonderful sentiments. BRAVO!! I loved your take on this song. Just...AMAZING!!     Cute. I like this poem. But for a love poem it seems rather bleh. Maybe it's the whole angel thing. I'm not huge on angels. I try to be unbiased though. I do like that feeling of 'craving' the words I Love You. At least that is what I get from the poem. I enjoyed that. Good job.

    This was a really soothing poem to read. It made me really happy for you to have such an angel in your life. I often wish I could have someone like that for me. My favorite part was:

    "Words so addicting
    They tear at my soul"

    This is so powerful! The emotion is very strong, especially for such a short poem.

    I adore the background by the way; perfect choice for it, because although the she is dressed as an angel, she doesn't seem like the flying, godly type angel - but more a loved person dressed up as an angel - which would fit the image of your wife for you;

    the words here were all perfect in the situation you placed them in, and i enjoyed reading this - thanks for entering
