Sarcastic smiles
clench and crack
like desert plains;
you
chewed on
your cheeks
to forget his taste-
crumbs
and gasoline
don't wash out
with wishful thinking.
His thoughts,
the gnashing smiles
of giants-
crush your secrets
like high strung words,
awaiting a downfall-
enamel-dusted lips part;
you see me there.
Author notes
"Go ahead, grind your teeth in anger."
Go ahead, and shut up.

That's awesome imagery right there. Definitely a great way to draw people in to the rest of the poem.
