Leaving

Adventure calls me to an adventure
Time to test courage built over time
Venture into unknown I will venture
Climb up hills of age to new heights to climb

Youthful encounters to revive my youth
Pleasure perhaps awaits for my pleasure
Truth moves me forward to discover truth
Treasure departs for intangible treasure

Gift giver giving me a precious gift
Leisure to fill at my prescribed leisure
Lift for life at times when I need a lift
Measure at length, depth, height beyond measure

Swift pace slows to show race not to the swift
Gift to receive from my love's perfect gift
