Born as a baby in a humble cave,
this Hand of God came to what He made.
Born to poor people, Joseph and his Mary,
this promised Treasure no longer tarried.
Hailed by the Host of heaven,
as this earth’s Lord,
pure as the snow that’s driven,
to be our Adored.
God’s got a Son who came to this land,
came to be known as the Son of Man.
God loved through His Son, though we were damned.
Mercy though the One called the great I Am.
Hail with the Host of heaven,
make Him your own Lord.
Know His love by which He’s driven,
to make you His adored.
Be born like a babe, humble like that cave,
let the Hand of God show you how you’re made.
Though poor be your spirit, as Joseph and his Mary,
your Treasure comes to you, He will not tarry.

The best way to tell a person is tell it like it is
I believe you have done just this, and so very well.
This is why I wrote one poem- Rise up with the Lord and sleep in His arms. This brings such comfort. Nothing like having Him close to one...
