      MariGoes, I am confused some writers are so firm about meter and haiku's following formate 3-7-3 or 5-7-5
      who makes the rules???

    You have 10 syllables on line 2, if I counted it right...
    haiku does not need to be strictly written in the 5/7/5 format. Less than 17 syllables is also fine, actually even better
