Interesting weave of vibrant emotion, and color. "Cheshire pheonix" is a fascinating image. Can't help but get a retro-early 70's ara feel to this. Kind of psychodelic with the pic. Terrific. Geo

Mesmersing words which hardly canopy any metaphor, this is as exactly how it should be, it couldn't have been written any better. I like Cheshire mentioned, i wondered if I could use the image sometime? Thanks. Tony

Oh,This is good. Wonderful word choice. I like how you used the word "cheshire." That word always makes me think of Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. Best of luck!

I thought you did a good job w/this poem - because the releasing of emotions is a lot like fire. I like the concept of masquerade & the shortness of the poem.
