LOL ouch indeed!!! Good thing Santa has a big bottom

Poor Santa, when doesn't get his butt burnt on chimneys, he gets by fire crackles, hard to be the one to deliver the gifts, he needs a good fire insurance
Funny haiku, I like humour and yours was very good here.
Thanks and have a very pleasant (fire free) Christmas

BEST OF LUCK IN THE CONTEST WITH THIS HUMOROUS HAIKU.
THANK GOD the christmas tree didn't catch on fire, too.
That's what he gets for jumping down a smoking chimney in Miss Honey's house! HE! HE! Even the mouse was smart enough to stay away from a burning fire - as well as all her pets! HE! HE!
MERRY CHRISTMAS, BABY!
Knowing Miss Honey she kissed old St Nicks bottom better after giving him a good, hard spanking and yanking first!
Peace & Love!
Earl.

This made me think of a lovely warm fire, nicely crackling, everyone asleep, the scent of mulled wine, and Santa climbing down the chimney, poor Santa, your ending made me laugh. You have painted quite a good story, in very few words, well done
All the best
Emma
