The Strip Beside The Mall

I have a reputation in this town...

"One of the boys"
never fit so well with me.

They glare and make empty threats,
say they will show me what a
"real man"
is.

I just smile and suck on my fag.
The taste of their girls still
fresh and sweet
on my tongue
from our not-so-secret
dance of passion
and betrayal.

"One of the boys"
I'm beyond all that...

OOOO nice, I loved this! And how you portrayed the woman in the poem, its like she is strong and doesn't take crap from nobody. I think you carried this out well within your write.
