I am not like every other guy
falling for that blond hair
and bright blue eyes
I see straight through you
and all your ditsy moments
to make all the guys fall for you

Your crooked smile,
school girl laugh
bring most to their knees
making them fall oh so hard for you
well you have met the exception
to all you have been brought up believing
that a man will fall for you
if you act hopeless and confused

you think everyone will come running
and be your “knight in shining armor”
when you scream “ah someone help me”
well that’s not me

Now I’ll clarify here
before you run off and complain
that I’m a heartless bastard
and I am not worth the breath
and before you turn everyone against me
perhaps you should hear me out

Just because I don’t bend over backwards
to do your every wish and will
when you wave your hair and bat your eyes
doesn’t mean I won’t help when asked
just don’t expect me to melt and forget who I am
and forget every form of my personality

Just because I don’t say a whole lot to you
doesn’t mean I hate you
The truth be told, I don’t “hate” anyone
I just choose its best not to say anything
especially if it will get me in trouble
because some of the stuff that leaves your mouth
is questionable and can sometimes be out there

I don’t need to give you the Ammo
for your vendetta against me
you will need to find your own
and collect it up and load your own weapon
I will not hand over a loaded gun
with everything you need to dispose of me
