Lust for substance has overriden me
The rock of the released glass
Oh, has shaken my insides
And I am unsteady like the sea
Craved or not, from the fact of the pass
Inside the shell where the pearl lies
It is polished from a silenced tongue
Harken to the sound of harps
Steadily picked and proddened
By the tips of saddened fingers
To resonate expression
Release upon the end
And the bliss echoes, lingers
The same as torturous screams
My heart longs for vision
Like the canvas craves the brush
And I look to the diamonds in your eyes
To disect this division
Oh no hurry, oh no rush
Pupils like a vortex in the skies
Could you find my spark?
The madness spins in aerial lumination
Like a dancer, delicate, yet unassumed
The interjuction of silk over wood
Your enticement has sheer determination
For which my curiosity has bloomed
Broken seal, the message understood
Shall I crush this envelope?
