Springtime In Paris

It's raining outside
no need for an umbrella,
sure you can dance;
but can you sing a capella?
Chorus:
Dum diddy dum diddy dum
The snow is falling,
the voices are calling.
Chorus:
Dum diddy dum diddy dum
A day at the beach
as Rudolph's nose glows,
Ciderella's shoes
blister her toes.
Chorus:
Dum diddy dum diddy dum
diddy diddy dum dum.

Years ago we just had to have
the diddy in a skit for Summer Theater
on short notice so we put our memories
together and the pianist adapted it!

And "Singing in the Rain" was just on AMC
    a night ago!

This is fun! It reminds me of the nonsense we would sing in the car on long road trips when I was a kid, and later on when my kids were kids.
You've given us spring and winter, do you have summer and fall?
Oh, and by the way: I especially enjoyed acappella rhymed with umbrella!
