Song Bird

Missing image

A lovely Goddess of Song,

Her muse eternally creates

Desires, hopes, and dreams…

Her beautiful spirit touches

Our world in melodious whispers;

Her voice is magical – angelic, it seems.

Her gifts of profound, poetical verse

Lift the universe in song it has never heard;

A star in the firmament – may she sing long!

None have surpassed the inspirational

Wonder of hers, for this Song Bird

Is such a rarity, a pure Goddess of Song!

        Oh wow Cynn. You look so much like her. Both so very beautiful and I mean it. I can't imagine how it must be for you without her. I don't know what I would do without my family, especially my mother, just thinking about brings tears to my eyes. I am sure she is watching down on you write now and very proud of you! You are a wonderful person with a great talent that is a gift from God. I wish you all the best Cynn! You have a good weekend too. Over here, our weekends are Fridays and Saturdays, so yes, tomorrow, I go back to work Sigh. Hehehe.

        Love,
        Ylova

          I am touched...

          Your thoughtful words mean so much. I really miss her. This is part of life, I suppose. At least I have my memories of her. She loved to sing, and she played the piano very well. I am glad you stopped in to read this tribute to my mother, it really does mean a lot to me. I will be over your way soon, please don't give up on me!! have been really busy here, helping to care for my male-mate's live-in, elderly (98-year-old) mother for the past couple of weeks, she just moved in recently, and it has been a real challenge, as she is at the point of "total care" - taking all of our time with her special needs. Luckily, he is retired from work and I am on holiday for a few more weeks. I do hope you enjoy your day, wherever you are, and get plenty of rest for tomorrow... and of course, enjoy the rest of your week!! Peace, love & hugs always, xx Cyn xx
