Do I have to wear this silly hat,
for goodness sake I am a cat,
Dear Santa
my purr-fect Christmas treat ,
would be a cosy fire spot for me ,
a tin of whiskers chunky supreme,
running mouse to make them scream,

a nice warm lap where I can dream.
