Opening up...I tear my wall down for you to see
This broken man full of passion, full of love, and insecurities
I am a mere man, yet I wear my heart on my sleeve for you
You've been hurt, you have walls, you're scared this I can see
Patience, is all that I ask of you, to prove the depth of my love
My love knows no boundaries, deeper than the deepest sea,
The heavens sky, is only a fraction of everything you are to me
I write you this love note, my love note, My heart on my sleeve
You are the woman, my woman, my eternity
Without your smile in my life, my heart is a darkening place
To not know the warmth of your touch, I feel as if Winter has taken
hold
Your eyes are so deep with sorrow, when I stare so deep in them
I wish to love you forever, and take away that pain
You deserve the world...I am a mere man, I feel inadequate without you
I can be your everything, and give you all the love I have.

This was just like a smack in the face for me.
It nearly made me cry, because it brings back some bad memories for me.
As I've said before, I love your poetry, you really are very talented.

I like the uncertainty in yourself but how confident you appear to be completely in love with her.

This poem speaks volumes of vulnerability from a man in such a way that he is humbled by his own love. This is beautiful. This is a poem.
