I hear your voice
And the world stops
Its all in slow motion now

Tell me where you are
Tell me where you've been
I want to know the whole story

If love doesn't find me
Then I'm a lost cause
But you've got my number, right?

Recite your dreams
And I'll relate to them
After all, we're both a bit insane

There's a storm brewing
That's way deep down
And its soaking me to the core

There was no one else
Just you and me
I wish that moment could last

The past presents itself
And gets in the way
But somehow I'm being blamed

These bands aren't the same
Their words mean more
Everything seems to relate to you

I hold myself back
As I stare at those numbers
I don't want to come off too strong

Is it a secret
If we said it before
But were never able to show it?
