Goodnight

Standing in the doorway of a darkened, quiet home;
With voices soft and gentle we allow our hands to roam.
Timid, nervous kisses give away our nieve hearts
And silent hopes and wishes penetrate our souls like darts.
Sharing lustful whispers that send shivers through our spines;
Goosebumps rising on our skin are passion;s subtle signs;
The joy of our togetherness makes light our hearts and minds;
Riding high the tides of love, our thoughts are intertwined.
Knowing that the time has come, we embrace each other tight;
The last hushed sighs we both will share; the simple word goodnight.

    Soft and romantic. I like the overall feel of this piece. The sentiments are warm and inviting, yet tasteful and artistically done. Smooth and inviting, I like it alot
