Do you remember those times when we used to dance?
Under the stars of our love, holding eachother's hands,
we would twirl and spin in our perfect world,
where we could retreat as love unfurled.
but now I stand... afar from you,
you don't care How it hurts, if I may need a minute of two.
So consumed are you with shallow things,
My love now pain, replaced by your sins.
and I'm afraid, Afraid to stay, to let go
you take me for granted now I'm exposed,
To your unrealised actions and selfish satisfactions.
would you grieve if my heart was cut deep?
do you notice has I weep?
I once was your star shining through the night, Now I'm forlorn my light gone out..
Would you rescue me and say I'm sorry?
bring me to life and bring back my laugh,
for the sake of those times when our love was all we knew,
would you return there, with me where love once grew?
All I need is a sign...please don't tear me in two
All I need is belief ,
All I need is you....

I love this poem, its picture perfect for today because its a rainy day(where I live) and it matches with how im feeling. It's nice to know people share my feelings too!
