Adding Taps

I click my teeth three times on the right;
Click them back on the left to even up.
This compulsive curse is tedious;
I'll never find an equilibrium.
This counting cannot make me whole,
But a happy median may even the score.
This calculus can only be broken
If odd numbers enter the equation.

    Hmm, rare style of poetry. Mathematical? I supose...but yes, you did a profound job on it. One that deserves much praise. I found that people can get multiple meanings from this poem. Very intriguing...

    Interesting write. Compulsion can be a pain in the rump I'm sure....
    Very descriptive and fairly easy to comprehend....

    I love this interpretation of compulsion, as if it will never go away but can be balanced out with another compulsion. There is a realization that this behaviour will not help, much less lead to any resolution. Interesting stuff.
