Causal wind in the school yard,
blow the hairs of two long lost friends.
Past relations of sleaze and abuse,
they make her shake in his presence.
The gusts blow away a paper out of her hands,
making the boy grasp it and offer it to her.
She knows better than to go near the danger,
so she walks past her past.
She would rather lose her paper
than have to forget her nightmares again.
