Standing back
She sees herself
In the mirror
The pain
Thats in her eyes
And the shadows
That hide her face

Put a smile on
And get ready
To lie to the world
In order to lie
To yourself

She doesn't care
How long it takes her
To get there
As long as she
Gets somewhere
In the end

Her scard arms
And empty hands
Is all she has
To show
For all she's given
