Euphoria

Yesterday's memories
forever imprinted into his mind.

A picture - perfect painting,
with the warmth of a virgin beauty
romancing and being romanced.

December's sun
shines brightly
more than ever before,

scorching his skin.

He is lost in her beauty,
in the scent of her perfume
that lingers on the silken pillow case.

Words of love that were once gently whispered
in the morning mists
Reminisced...

Eyes of diamonds,
twinkle forever in the back of his mind.

Petals of pink pastels.
Gentle, soft hues that still
flow on the carpeted bed room floors

Silent tears, fall
as he remembers that night
when lips of honey and fruits gently
caressed his.

When passion brought together two silhouettes
in the midst of thick fogs
binding them,
forever, together,
in sweet euphoria.

Inspired by both titles mentioned in the AN and used all words that are marked in Bold. I tried Auntie Julie. Sorry I entered this poem so late, but Life got in the way. I hope you enjoy this one. I know it is not great at all but it is almost 12 am here now and I have been writing all day and I've got work tomorrow. Sigh.

Much love

Ylova
