I never thought that life would be so great,
When I first met you, it was like a magical fate.
You’re the only one here to brighten up my day,
Like a thin ray of sunlight on a dark rainy day.
You add color to my black and white life,
And if someone messes with you, I’ll stab them with a knife!
Although we live so far; me in the suburb, you by the farms,
I’ll hold you in my heart til I can hold you in my arms.
You may roll your eyes at this,
But I’m so glad that you exist.
I hope that all of this never ends,
It’s who we are: best friends.
