I Looked At It And Then Wrote Something

Missing image

Water-colored pictorials hide abatement;
(I still think A Dog's Life is overrated.)
acknowledged in accents of presented portrait.

Something seeps beneath. Yet all is not obscure.

Doomed caricature figurines are found for certain.

(I wonder, whatever-is-their-purpose?)

Foreground fears its own vivid colors.

Background remains too deep for shadows.

Ante up against sanity with observation

and a thousand different interpretations

or be silent and simply enjoy the artistry.

Author notes

Painting is by Wassily Kandinksy.
The name is Improvisation.

    I agree with you about it being overrated. That's for sure! Sometimes I wish that things where obscure. Is it good when we know or when we don't know...idk...
