I found this enchanting, when you find the one you love your life totally changes and that in itself, is beautiful. I like the fact that you used exclamation marks to express your happyness and excitement, you dont see that alot in poetry.
Nor do you normally see a love poem.

I heard that you know angel of the dead well can you please tell her that her sister not real but old foster sister is trying to talk to her and this is a really sweet poem I see that it was for my sister. I can definitely tell that you have strong emotions about whoever you're writing about, but you shouldn't fear someone leaving you. that will cause you problems. You should be greatful for the love you have now, and if it's meant to be then it will last eternally.
