Pretty with the sparkles and simple design of the stars. I think the text is a little difficult to read- too busy for the size. But good work.

First, I love this background!
The tag, the glitter is great in the border. I'm not keen on the dual background on the tag. "Merry Christmas" is difficult to read - when your font size is under 24 point, you're better off using a non- decorative font. A simple but nice serif font such as Palatino Linotype would work well.
The scattered stars right near it add to the difficulty.
The stars are nice, as are the baubles.
