Big Ears Bigger Heart

Missing image

some may say,

come, let me listen to your story

but with ears open wide

and heart closed...

as soon as you spill it all out

the whole world knows

 

but then there are those

whose ears are huge

and long suffering...

heart, wide open and deep

but small enough to wear

on a sleeve

 

 

 

lesson learned?

 

keep your mouth shut when your ears are bigger than you heart!

    Just beautiful

    I loved the picture concepts you have chosen for your write a mother shoulder to cry on sometimes we try to help others and they don't listen and things get twisted.Big ears that don't listen, heart that listen that what counts. Loved it really nice poem with so much to say in so few words.

    Great advice here

    Yes gossip is the thorns on the flowers of life it doesnt often harm the one wearing the throns but does plenty of damage to those who gets around it
