Seeing your smile brought me more happiness than no number of gifts ever could,
It lit up my day,
I always saw it whilst looking over the top of my coffee cup,
At breakfast,
When you were totally happy,
After spending another night with me.
I knew that day was different,
I was going shopping;
For a wedding dress,
The dress I would wear on the first day of the rest of my life with you.
I saw you the first time while I was having dinner with my friends,
You were our waiter,
And of the five single, sexy girls sitting at the table,
You saw only me.
I knew there was something special about you,
From the first day we did meet;
And thirteen months later,
I, the commitment-phobe,
Have felt nothing but pure joy,
Every time I glance at you.

I feel like this poem lacks a ending, it just stops, mid air, made me puzzled. But the beggining is good, the tender love you explain, peace of mind, it is all there as it should except the ending...
Try add a ending and I will look at it again.

Hey I tried to "add an ending" but I can't... I find it impossible to edit anything I've written...
I totally understand if you wanna DQ -

I won't DQ you, but you stand a bad chance of winning
