when you're single
the smell of new lasts longer
and you don't even
need laundry detergent.
book or movie?
and is it that
you're too lazy,
preferring impressions to
come from the mind
of a stranger?
or perhaps
your imagination finally
ran away from
your need for
artificial stimulants.
