Your warm skin

The cold snow
slams into my skin,
creating icy burns

My teeth chatter
as the bitterness
seeps into my pale skin.

Where are you
when I need you the most?

The brisk wind
cracks my lips,
making them bleed.

Suddenly, I'm warm,
and a smile forms
through the crimson
covering my lips

Your arms surround me,
and pull me closer to your
radiating body heat.

I know now,
I want to stay
in your fiery embrace
                                  ....forever

Author notes

Option 3: Titles

I don't really like how this turned out, but as I'm currently freezing and my boyfriends out hunting, this came to mind (except for the end as he's not here to warm me up )

Hope you enjoy

I hope he ain't out hunting panties, or else I feel really sorry for you. I like the direction you took this poem, a little original, but still so very good.
In the third line from the bottom up, the i there should be big

Well done and best of luck

Aww I liked this poem a lot! It was very sweet, especially how in the end he shows up and surprises the reader. I like how you've placed the words and made a quick, easy to read structure x x
