~ Next Time ~

Sixty beats left-
and I think of thee.

Your smile-your eyes
that tilt of your head-

Remembering nights
When just your breathing
impassioned my soul.

-Your touch shuddering
deepest depths of my soul-

Thirty beats left-

Your fingertips on my lips,
like warm satin - on frost;
bequeathing peace to my soul.

Ten beats left as your hand
grasps mine-counting down.

My final dreams of you
gather me up for that
final ride into deepest blue.
Knowing full well-
yee shall be mine once more.

~next time around~

lolz, I thought you were talking about me at first and was really puzzeled until I became smart enough to know better. xD
I am so honored that a write of mine has given inspiration to write such an amazing and breath taking poem. I was also holding my breath as you counted the beats down, couldn't wait to know what'll happen when beats run out then came the end and blew me.
Just as amazing as all your other amazing poems.
Thanks for that sweet line in your usernotes.
    And thanks for being there.

    Much love
    ~Noor
