This is so basic and yet missed
so many times
The earth is a huge ball of energy
The atmosphere the same
Without energy and motion causing friction
how could anything stay up
It would all fall
This earth would fall there would be no Life
Think then on Man
He is held on the earth through
energy and continual movement
What does this tell you?
It tells me that we are energy
and that life and existence in energy
It also tells me that spirit is energy
Spirit is Man before earth and after earth
The almighty power of the universe
often referred to as GOD
holding it all together
Religion is a man made power source
designed to control the minds of man
as it does very effectively
creating wars and causing rifts
When man understands he is spirit
and has the power within
through the energy without
he is capable of living
in harmony with himself and others
Emotional crutches fall away
the need for psychological explanation
vanishes
Psychic abilities which are real energy
start to appear
man becomes aware in a stronger way
Nothing unnatural or confusing
nothing Magic or demonic
just the opening of the mind
through the understanding of the spirit
You see the bigger picture
feel a greater power
and live a more contented life

"When man understands he is spirit
and has the power within" What is spirit? It seems like a romantic mask of self-awareness willpower. Spirit is a concept people made up just as religion is, it is just a name given to...oh, I don't even know what! What is this spirit composed of? Is it possible that all of this is quite natural and wonderful without giving it some spiritual dimension? I like what you had to say and your explanation is quite rational and penetrating past the dogma and the absolutism of religion. I guess I just don't understand the spirit part. -

Ahh a good question
Spirit is who you really are. That thing that makes your body perform. Imagine just being a shell with nothing that makes you think, get hungry or want to sleep etc. Everything you are is your spirit. The real you inside the shell we call a body. Your spirit is your soul. It is your life. People will say. "gee she's spirited" Meaning you are full of energy, excitable etc. Thats your spirit.
So spirit is energy. It makes you who you are. You were spirit before you came to Earth and you will be spirit when you leave. No matter how hard this may be right now to understand, it is worth investigating for yourself. You see there is total proof of you being spirit. Check out some of the sights on the Net which give scientific evidence of this. YES scientists are now having to admit that spirit is real. Too much evidence has come to light.
For those who know that we were spirit prior to coming to earth, it is so simple. For those yet to learn, it appears hard. But I hope you will take up my challenge and investigate. Do some research on the internet into NDE for one thing. Thats a great place to start. Google NDE and have an enlightenment.

Lovely. Absolutely lovely! This is actually quite similar to my own beliefs, not that it matters but I find it surprising. Religion doesn't seem to understand that each person has all they need within, and neither do a lot of people, but I can see a certain shift in awareness, the world sails away from the dogma towers because they are no longer afraid of the ocean.
