Kiss me my love she whispered in his ear
Let me live forever with you near
I can stand the hurt of death
If forever you'll still my breath
But he looked deep into her eyes
And knew he could tell her no lies
so he shook his head to say no
Whispering his heart would never let go
She couldn't understand the pain
And her vitality he couldn't bare to drain
She hid back the tears and clung to him
And he whispered he loved her again
She had fallen for the way he resisted
her freinds said the love was twisted
But they couldn't see the look on his face
or feel the way his black heart change pace
He loved her bright sweet smile
even if her life would only last a little while
he knew his heart would never let go
and Immortatlity had already forced him so low
He could never bestow this curse on her sweet life
He'd rather face that old wooden knife
Yet forever with her he longed to be
Because he knew nothing better would he see
So the day she lay down to die
He kissed her lips and looked her in the eye
He whispered to her, Forever I will be by your side
I'd rather be here then forever my feelings hide
So as she fell into death
and she drew her last breath
He periced his heart and whispered good-bye
For her again he would die...

THis was so awesome I really loved this piece it would be so nice to find a guy who shared even one tenth of emotion your poems talk about pen on poet

'twas beautiful my pet, and indeed very poeticly sad but inspiring at the same timee. This is one of those poems thats flows so very nicely and you are going on along enjoying every line and when it ends you are wishing it hasn't had to end.
