The Wind

Missing image

The wind

  gently carries me along

    as I attempt crossing

      the Sea of Atlas

My sails billowing

  I drink in the salty

    breeze - fully exposed

      to elements of God’s canvas

His palette reflects delightful

  sunny skies in fair weather

    And I am most grateful

      for the sailor’s friend

The wind

This is great! I am glad I was able to start a new trend in writing This reminds me of when I was younger, we used to go sailing on a ship in the harbor, it was always so nice and breezy (somtimes a little too breezy!) Great write!
