Far, far away, across the endless seas
A gentle touch comes riding upon the western breeze
What is it that you bring to me on this lonely, lonely night,
Do the shadows still linger beyond this forsaken sight?
Oh dear west wind, tell me where does he wander?
As my thoughts meander within a dream I ponder
Without love’s shelter from tears pouring rain
I need your breath of love, for this pain I can't sustain
Though no matter what path tomorrow may bring
My soul of sorrow will show my heart can sing..
