Sand
takes flight
by sea shore's
edge of crisp night.
Soaring grains of salt
whistling down waterfront;
whimsical dance by moonlight.
Ocean holds steady baritone-
echoes of past, present and future
dreams that sweetly accompany the breeze.

Thank you for your entry
I will accept that the ocean and sand is part of earth. I know that the beach and the ocean hold a magic all their own for me.
Well done of the form, they syllable count was right on.
I encourage you to keep writing to read and comment.
God Bless
Tammy
