The rain,
smooth yet delicate
one drop
To feel upon dry skin
Splash down
drink in the pureness
sweetend nectar of the skies
feverishly quenching the thirst
Look up
into skies oblivion
deep secrets
into Heavens' gaze

Just a new form I am trying out, Have no clue about it honestly, I thought I would write about something I love.

A very beautiful piece. The imagery here is strong and places me in that scene of a rainy day {one of my favourite days as it happens.} You have written well here, and your imagery never wavers or falters. Keep writing.

oh yes, rain, I always love me an overcast day and rain is so soothing and you have captured that here. Rain puts me to sleep as did your descriptions! Better be careful, can't sleep at work! lol Nice work with simplicity to describe this cause it really works. Thanks for sharing, now i need to go get wet.
