Amera means so much to me
brought me out of a depression
had it hid so folks don't see
Now to this I give expression
She surprised me completely
Did for me what I needed
Thoughtful help here aimed at me
Where the rest failed, she succeeded
A great person can inspire
when you're down and out of whack
lift you up out of the mire
and get you back on the right track
Such a one is this Amera
so smart, and good, and capable
Blessed are those around who hear her
who learn from her that they are able
