They say this is going to be a historic election
They say it will be filled with tension
They say, “That man is old”
They say, “That man is black”

They say to not vote
They say it is useless
They say both candidates are clueless
One lacks experience, one chose a woman

I say man’s color does not matter
Make a biased choice and our country will shatter
I say age is simply a time measurement
I say choosing a president because of age is the same as discrimination

I say not voting should be against the law
