Diamonds come in many designs
Color, cut, and beautiful lines
The type of love that'll never end
'cause diamonds are a girls best friend
But diamonds need some love too
Without it they would all be blue
So who's to care for these rocks
That come in that little box
Incredible pressure with lots of heat
This carbon becomes the beautiful treat
Jewelers shape, polish, and shine
When is it the diamonds time
Then diamond met the beautiful gold
The two became one to grow old
Looker ons smile or faint
At the beautiful picture these two paint
So if you wonder about Diamond's love
Look at the ring it is a part of
You will not see a tiny scratch
For diamond and gold are a perfect match.

A wonderful piece talling the story of love from the beginning of the diamond to the matching with the gold encrustment where it will spend it days dazzling and becoming the admiration of the wearer. I love how you weaved this together, how you in your authors notes spoke of being A diamond love poet. Very appropriate for the time. Well done again and keep up the great work.
