The Wonderful Story of a Pencil! ♥ chapter 8

"AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!" Licnep and Resare screamed as they fell.
Soon enough, Licnep felt himself hit the water and heard a plink beside him as Resare landed beside him.
"Aaskd!" Resare told Licnep madly. "asdhalsdnaksdnjahgjksdjgsmdfjshdfkjhsdjfsjdkh!"
"Could you say that again slower?" Licnep said at Resare's strangeness.
Resare spit out a mouthful of water.
" I said" Resare grumbled. "Humph!That really messed up my eraserness!"
Licnep looked at her confused for a while, but then remembered Billie. "OH NO!" Licnep yelled."BILLIE DOESN'T HAVE A PENCIL ANYMORE! WHAT WILL HE DO?!?!?!?!"
Resare rolled her eyes and looked back at the boat. THey could still see Billie from where they floated. Licnep relaxed when he saw that him had reached into his pocket and pulled out another pencil.
Resare sighed. "You worry too much."
"hey!" Licnep splashed Resare. Closing his eyes and expecting a splash back,he was surprised when it didn't come.When he opened his eyes again, he saw Resare squinting at something behind him. He turned around and saw a big purple sign with some cool looking words on it.
"That sais 'Welcome to Alaska!" Licnep told Resare knowingly.
Resare rolled his eyes. Licnep realized that Resare rolls his eyes a lot.
"No, silly Licnep!" Resare said smartly. "Everyone can see that that sign aaaaahhhhbviously sais 'Welcome to Roytaliaokistronpantroblytelliaska! DUH!"
Licnep floated confusedly beside Resare. Resare realized that Licnep gets confused easily.
"But how can there be a sign that sais that?" Licnep said, puzzled. "I thought we were going to be brought to a Europe!"
"What-ev-ah." Resare huffed. "I don't care whether we go to a Europe or a Roytaliaokistronpantroblytelliaska! As long as we get SOMEWHERE."


We must have gotton here on the way to a Europe, Licnep decided.

To distract herself and Licnep from getting too bored floating in the water waiting for someone to rescue them, Resare decided to finish telling Licnep her life story.
"To distract myself and you from getting too bored floating in the water waiting for someone to rescue us, I have decided to finish telling you my life story." Resare declared to Licnep.
But before she could start, she looked up at the sky and gasped. "H-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h--h-h-h-h-h-h-h--h-h-h-h--h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h--h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h--h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h--h-h-h-h-h-h--h-h-h-h-oly h-hippos!" She stammered.

Licnep looked up with her, and saw what made Resare so worried. "I am in deep fear!" He said in deep fear.
There was a moving helecopter flying right above them! It was making such a loud noise that Licnip thankfully could not hear what Resare was screaming. Suddenly, the door of the helecopter slid open, and a moose fell out!
Licnep and Resare watched the moose getting closer, terrified, until it finally hit the water with a big splash!

Licnep shut his eyes tight and kept them closed for about 3 minutes and 29 seconds. When he opened them, the water was smooth and there was no noise at all. Resare was right beside him, eyes wide.
"I-I-I think the moose is gone!" She whispered. Licnep nodded.
Suddenly, a pair of antlers stuck themselves out of the water.
"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" LIcnep and Resare said.
The rest of the moose started following the antlers, until it was swimming easily beside Licnep and Resare.
"WOAH!" The moose exclaimed. "That was the best jump EVAH!" Then he noticed Resare and Licnep, floating speechless beside him.
"Oh hey!" He said smiling a moosey smile. "I'm Moe Mooseface. You can just call me Moe. Who are you?"

Licnep pulled Resare in for a quick meeting about what to do.
"We need to have a quick meeting about what to do! Should we try to get away from here, or talk to him?"
Resare did not answer. She was staring at the smiling moose.
"YO! SNAP OUT OF IT!" Licnep yelled.
"Is everything ok over there?" The moose called.
Licnep nodded and turned back to Resare. "So...."
"I think we should talk to him! He is our friend." Resare said, waving at Moe Mooseface.
Licnep sighed. "fine"

They turned back to Moe.
"Hi Moe!" Resare said happily "I'm Resare and this is-"
"Licnep." Licnep smiled shyly at the moose before Resare could say anything weird about him.
"Hello!" Moe nodded at both of them.
"So Moe...." Resare said trying to make conversation. "I thought it was illegal in  Roytaliaokistronpantroblytelliaska for live moose to be pushed out of moving helecopters!"
Moe smiled wisely at Resare. "It's Alaska, dear Resare."
"WHAT-EV-AHHHHHHH!" Resare yelled.
Moe kept smiling. "And yes, it is illegal. Buuuuut, I was jumping. Nobody pushed me or forced me to do it."
Licnep was about to ask why a moose would want to jump out of a helecopter into the water, but was interrupted by Resare.
"LAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAND!!!!! I SEE LAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAND!" She grinned excitedly. "Oh Licnep!" She sighed and hugged Licnep lovingly. "I thought we would never see land again!"
Licnep floated there awkwardly and embarrased as Resare hugged him.
But when she finished, Licnep looked too. And just as Resare said, there WAS land!
"YAY!" Licnep yelled happily.

But suddenly, Moe spoke in a very creepy tone. "We can't go there!"
