I want to open the door with a smile on my face knowing a beautiful girl awaits on the other side.
I want to walk to no where in particular hand in hand with a girl I love.
I want to look into the eyes of a girl I plan to spend my life with.
I want to wake up everyday next to her knowing the day will be fine as long as I have her.
Too bad life doesn't ever give me what I want.

This is really beautiful and so sad really. You know of course that true love never comes to those that search for it...it comes to them when it is ready, and somewhere out there, there is someone who is meant to spend their life with you. This piece was full of wishes and dreams I guess we all feel over the years until that someone comes along. I really hope that your someone is close by cause there is nothing better than to see a smile on someones face. Thanks for sharing.

the simple things in life are not always simple to obtain-
they are just merely simple and pure.
Not everyone (the majority of mankind) get what they want always... but good simple things come along down the road at their own pace. Enjoy teh scenery. -
If everyone waited for the 'ideal' looker to be beyond a door I guess most would still be in situation vacant position! Looks are only skin deep, its a quality of a person inside you really need not a show piece. A dummy on the arm for show piece would be just that, but what we really need is a sole mate to talk, share and confide in; that can host company of others and make you proudly desire them....Maybe you are ready to nest right now, but broaden your horizons, draw back the curtain and see with blind eyes to understand....
