I remember teenagers
Immature, raging hormones
Back when boys still thought
Anatomy books were porn.
When girls screamed in conversations
Just to have the upper hand
Riding on the bus
That sick smell of perfume and Doritos
Seconds later, covered by some boy's colone
Axe, they called it
Those petty little relationships
Built solely on sex that they
Thought they were ready for
The same sex that leads them to crying for two days,
Eating ice cream and complaining about being fat
Those days, no one deserved anyone
Thats what friends told friends
I remember teenagers.
Author notes
Just my view on teenagers.
Even though I am one kind of.
