a sweet remnant of you

with hugs and kisses
to a rainbow's fullness in color-
a seashell's endless ocean sound
You'd toss me to the heavens just-
so I'd fall back into your loving arms
And I felt your heart rip the day
you let me go for another's charms
Still yet-
you cherished me as your everything
and I never stopped loving you
